Cirrus UK will not pay

I won on a free 60 chip at the Cirrus UK site and was told which I have a copy of the chat that states 1x playthrough and 1x max cashout!! Not they have declined it saying it is a non cashable free chip. I met their term and now they refuse to pay.

We are sorry to see your $60 had to be voided but the terms of the bonus code you used were very clear in the mailer when it was sent back in December 2009, this free chip was for players that had made a deposit only and this is not your case.
