Cirrus Pound Casino don't want to pay!
My withdraw process started almost 8 weeks ago when i needed to send documents (id and copy of bill) i send my document 5 times to 4 different e-mail address and that take like 2-3 weeks when they found my e-mails. Than i had to wait 2 weeks that they approve my withdraw and finally 8th of may they accept it. Now i wait that i get my winnings to my account (10 days already ) and every time i chat with them they said they need more time..i think that 8 weeks is quite a long time to pay winnings. How to hell they think that anyone wants to play on their casino after this???? and their offer was if you deposit 30£ and you get 90£ no playtrough no maxcashout. And when i wanted to claim my winnings manager took that 90£ first from my account. and rest of my winnings hanging somewhere..i believe that next problem with them is that they have wrong account number and they need to have 3 more weeks to pay me :) hahahahaha funny site! i play quite alot in different casinos and wanted to test how fast i get my winnings. TEST ALWAYS WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THAT THEY PAY YOUR WINNINGS!!!
