Cirrus Casino will not pay

i met the playthrough for cirrus sent all the documents and they said that it would be a couple weeks b-4 i received my 50.00. then yesterday i seen paymant declined. i asked why and they said i had another 146.00 to playthrough yet!!!! so i spun the 50.00 out. i am really upset that they told me they were processing my check and then lied to me and said that i couldnt withdraw it. i did not have any playthrough left!!they are lying to people. is there anything that can be done about this?are there any casinos that are up and up. so far all i am getting is the runaround!!!

Like in any other casnio, you must meet the playthrough requirements and for the promo you received it is $1000 and you have $856.75 so please cover the minimum for playthrough and then request your withdrawal.

cirrus is a rip off. they tell you once you meet theyre playthrough you can withdraw 50.oo then they declin it add it back to you account and tell you you have more to playthrough and you dont!!they drag this out for 2 weeks then decline payment.DO NOT PLAY THERE!!!
