Cirrus Casino - too slow and nobody may not be care withdraw

I won small money 31th Jan 2012..
They approved 9th feb 2012..
But I didn't any money yet...
I didn't answer befor I trid to contact them...

Every time they told me somebody sent my acount information to somebody for my money..
Maybe they don't want pay me?? Or they want to keep more for interest???

Still I waiting the small money...

Please contact support and request your payment information which is already available.

I also inform you that your last cash-out has been approved for $450 on 3/14/2012 11:14:45 AM and should be sent out according to Casino Rules within 7 to 10 days after approval.

I recieved emai includes WU no today....
