Cirrus casino quit responding

RESOLVED
posted on September 25, 2013.

I tried to be patient with Cirrus, but they quit responding almost 3 weeks ago, ignoring all emails.

Withdrawal for $894 submitted on July 16th. Submitted paperwork twice, and they said everything was in order on July 18th. Got an answer to one email on 8/3, saying they were behind schedule on payments. Payout approved on August 8th ($550.... payout minus bonus). A week later, had to resend info (seems to be standard procedure on all their sister casinos).

A few emails later, Megan finally responded on Sept 7th, saying payment sent to processor.

That is the last correspondence I've gotten from them, as they've ignored all subsequent emails.

RECAP: I am still waiting on a check for $550, from a July 16th withdrawal that was approved on August 8th, and (supposedly) sent to processor on Sept 7th.

Dear Player

The check was processed since 8/21. Cirrus informed me they had an issue with the processor and they are offering you the chance to send your payment via Pay2Card instead of sending another check.

If the Card you have used to deposit on the casino is a Bank issued card they will be able to send your payment back to your card within 2 card and it will be available for you within 48 business hours; if not, please le me know so they go ahead and process a new check today.

I ASKED THEM for a Pay2card withdrawal option way back on July 23rd and 25th ((Ticket# LTK1216602604332X), which they would not respond to. On the phone, they said they could not do it, and I would have to get any withdrawal via check.

I made ALL deposits with a credit card. I would have liked my withdrawals credited back to that same card (which they have on file). I've given them the information three times, July 11th (prior to making a withdrawal), again a few days later, then once again on August 13th (to [email protected]).

If they can credit the card, then fine. If not, then they might as well re-issue the check.

Since no phone number is available, I sent an email as a reply to Megan, asking what additional info they want, since I have already given them copies of both sides of my driver's license (twice) and credit card (twice), and a utility bill, and the account verification form.

I will now send another copy of that email to [email protected]

Dear Player:

Were you able to provide the info required by Pay2Card to Megan? If so please let me know.

Thanks

I sent one email to Megan, and another to [email protected], asking what additional info they wanted (since I had already sent front and back of everything I owned).

No response from either of them.

My emails were from Oct 2nd. On Oct 7th, you said you'd ask them to reply to my emails (shouldn't have to ASK them to respond to their emails, but thats the way they are).

They have not responded to any of us.

Maybe they should just send a check, since their idea of "a few hours" has already been two weeks. They have (and have had for a LONG) time ALL the info they would need to do a payback to my credit card.

Can you ask them to just mail me a check, like they said they would do about a month ago (almost 3 months since the withdrawal was requested)? Thank you.

Monika called me Friday, and asked that I email the credit card image (AGAIN). I did that Friday afternoon. I also asked that she let me know if everything was good to go.

I have not gotten any response whatsoever (nothing new).

I thought just MAYBE Cirrus would want to rectify the situation, since they admitted they somehow screwed up the check they were supposed to send.

But, as you can see, they simply do not respond to emails.

Its been almost a week since I submitted the info they asked for (even though they already had it), and they won't even acknowledge receipt.

Why is it that it takes a third party to have to ask them to respond to their emails (time and time again)? Whats wrong with this picture?

Just to let you know.... Cirrus still has done nothing, despite all the promises.

On Oct 2nd, they said payment could be processed within a couple hours with pay2card option.

Oct 11, Cirrus called and said they needed a 3rd copy of my credit card, because their casino does not share info between departments (even though this info was already sent to this same person). I again sent the requested info.

Oct 18, Cirrus said payment would be processed on Oct 21st via pay2card (the one that only takes a few hours, according to them).

Oct 22nd - It hasn't happened.

oops.... my response was accidentally posted "below the line" (in the comments section)....

Here it is again:

Yes, I received my payment via Pay2Card (the same method they said they could not do - exactly 3 MONTHS ago).

Thank you for all your interventions. It became very obvious that Cirrus was not going to respond to me directly.

Dear Player:

I am glad to hear payment has been received. In fact Cirrus Casino has been very helpful with me and willing to pay.
