Cirrus Casino Player's Reward Card???

I received my 2nd Players reward card in the mail the other day. I used one in the past a cirrus casino. I submitted my docs and was approved. I was eventually paid my withdrawal. So yesterday I phone support. To be sure I was able to deposit and play since I had already used a PRC in the past. And that it wasn't treated like a NBD bonus. I was told by support staff. That PRC is treated like REAL CASH deposit. And not a NBD. So I went ahead and deposit and played. I checked with support again to see if I needed to submit the new RPC as my docs were already on file. Support Agent Sarah says I would not be able to cashout as this is a NBD... This is not what I was told... I could have easily play it elsewhere without this problem of 2 NBD between deposit. As I was told PRC is treated like real cash. Like a gift card someone has willed to me.

I am very upset and confused by this. Please help me!!!

Again, I was told by support that I was free to deposit using the player's reward card. I explained that I used one in the past. Now you are telling me something completely different. The Player's reward terms and conditions says nothing about back to back uses nor inbetween deposits. Why does this casino uses rogue tactics? If this was mainstreet group, Club World Casinos, Jackpot Capital, Sloto Cash or Inetbet. And promos sent they would honor. If I known this I would have used the credit elsewhere. I expect the credits to be returned to my card. So I can go elsewhere!!!

Askgamblers you should really step in and make sure others don't get stiffed like I did. This makes no sense as no terms were broken. I was sent a card and I used it. I didnt go asking for anything. I complied and now im being denied.

 Redeeming free money twice, in a row is not allowed per casino rules! Nothing to help about! Complaint solved!
