Cirrus Casino non-payment

on march 12th,I hit a diamond royal flush.on march 23,2012, I was told I was approved for my winnings.I have talked to the withdrawal office several times.They keep telling me they don't know why it's taking so long to send my winnings.I have still played in the casino up untill yesterday.I'm not going to play anymore untill they do some thing.

thank you for your quick responce!but,i still have another check coming for $2990.00 i still have my copy where they were both approved.Back on march23rd.I turned in $3500.00 cirrus split it up into Two seperate ammounts for some reason.I don't care why I would just like my checks.Before I played at cirrus,I played at three other casino's for over ten years.They were never late

I sent a reply,but,I don't think it went through.anyway a person named Amy called me and said Cirrus put $50.00 in my account for having to wait so long,Amy also promised that I would get my money.She said she was sorry that it was taken so long.nothing has been sent yet.they lied about sending the one checkfor$510.00.How does a company stay in buisness that does this to their customers.I'm not out to put anyone out of buisness.I just want what is mine!!!!!!!at this point they owe me $3500.00.

received an e-mail on Sunday april 22,2012 from Cirrus casino saying they sent me $510.00 by Fed-Ex on 04/20/12.They still owe me $2990.00.They seemed to have forgotten that.What can I do now?

Back on the 8th of March, I purchases $51.00 on the signcirrus coupon. I won every day and on March 12, 2012 I won $4,000.00. On March 14th, I kept $500.00 to play with and deposited the $3,500.00 balance in my withdrawal account. I checked several times with Cirrus asking when I would be paid. They gave me a different dates each time. On March 23rd, at 12:29pm (Cirrus time) their records show I was approved for my winnings but they had split it into 2 checks - one for $2,990.00 and one for $510.00. I continued to purchase chips so I would not interfere with my withdrawal date.

Cirrus has been leading me on since day one, with one excuse after another as to why it is taking so long to receive my winnings. In Cirrus own records, that I viewed online, it clearly shows where I am owed this money. I have received NOTHING as of today April 24th.
QUESTION - If they did not owe me the money, why didn't they leave the $2,990.00 in my gamblng account back on March 23rd, instead of approving it for withdrawal? What happen to the $2,990.00? Are you keeping it? Do I get it? Or did it just disappear as though it never existed?

Immediately after 3/23/2012 at 12:29:12 PM there is a Manager Withdrawal for ($2,990.00) removing all excess winnings. As per casino rules that's the procedure casino follows after approval.

"All excess money on a coupon, (extra money after having met the max cash-out), is removed whether or not the processing of withdrawal has already taken place. It's amazing to me how Cirrus keeps coming up with all these excuses. Their lastest is understanding how I feel and that I should read the fine print. I did everything I was suppose to do and the still kept $2990. winnings from me. I'm not stupid as I stated before I have played on the internet for over 15 years and know what to do and what not to do. Bottom line Cirrus just doesn't want to pay my winnings. As you can see from the complaints they don't want to pay others either. Again, I want to thank askgamblers.com for helping me.

 Seems that this case is explained by casino representative. Marine326, do you have something to add?

this is my final words.I have explained that the bonus I was givin had no strings attached other than the bonus amount its self.Their was no (5) x or (10) times the bet like normal.They only wanted me to make a deposit and play.And example of the bonus i had was code( wontwait180) no playthrough No max cash out.It says so right on their site.I am rired of proving it.look for your self!!!!!!!

Here is just one of the bonus plans they give you.(wontwait180) deposit $30.00 or more.No play through,No max cashout, Redeem unlimited times. Plus there are many more they use to pull You in. NO NOTHING HAS BEEN SETTLED.THEY STILL OWE ME!!!!

you just admidted to ripping me off! i only had $1.75 left in my account when i received the no play through bonus.i couldn't play with that amount so i had to buy more chips.the new chips had a no playthrough bonus.you just don't want to pay me.I can't see how you can stay in business.the only reason you respond is so you don't get on ask gamblers bad list.

On 3/8/2012 3:42:01 PM you've requested code SIGNCIRRUS and immediately after on 3/8/2012 3:43:57 PM made a $51 deposit. The bonus was credited automatically immediately after on 3/8/2012 3:43:57 PM. You've played and won with that bonus and from those winnings you've requested your cash-out. You made a few cash-out cancellations and requested cash-out again many times. Please keep in mind that CASH-OUT Cancellations DO NOT COUNT as a new deposit.

We assume this is why you are confused since the only winnings you've generated were generated by playing your $51 and your SIGNCIRRUS bonus

Ive been getting the run around for quit sometime now. I won $250 and they just wont pay me. Call back in 3 hours, wait 24 hours, you should be getting your money in five days, your withdraw has been approved sorry we are still processing your request. These are all the things i keep hearing from them 14 days turn to 20,20 turn to 2 month and so on.
How are they still in business or how they can keep their employees on payroll, I dont understand. If I would have lost, i dont think they will tell me to wait for 10 to 14 days for my lost to be approved and 10 to 14 days for them to collect their money of my account. They get their money right away. See how it works?

I am getting so tired of your lies.There was no cash out on the bonus that was giving to me.To prove it you have the same bonus now just under a different bonus name.you can sweet talk me all you want .i'm not stupid.10 x is crazy.If i was trying to win money i would never agree to those terms.`If I was just having fun i would...you are not here so you can get away with it.I hope my fellow players don't fall for your lies.
