Chili casino lock account for no reason

Hi, I had sign up on Dec 7,2010 and make a deposit of 250 and receive the 100% up to 250 welcome bonus from them . I had only play on slot games for the whole time with my bonus ,once i check i had meet the rollover requirement i had request a cash out. I had receive an e-mail asking me to send over my personal documents in order to process my payment ,which i had send it right away , After a few day i had receive an e-mail from them saying document was approve, but few day after when i e-mail them and follow up my payment i had received the following message from them and saying that my account was lock.

We regret to inform you that your Chilicasino account has been locked due to suspicious activities taking place on your account. We will not be reconsidering the status of the account and it will remain locked as this decision was made after a thorough investigation on your account.


You have been breaching in violation of our Terms and Conditions: "The User shall not (iiii) Play in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc."


As stated in our Terms and Conditions "Management reserves the right to forfeit any winnings made and return the deposit of any individual suspected of abusing our casino and/or promotional money rules."

The reason i would like to complain about them is that they only give back my deposit but not my winning. The total amount i request form them is $1120.4 but now they just return my 250 deposit. As on there web site term and condition i see that for slot play there is no max bet at all so i don't get why they had lock my account after i got my winning.
