Cherry Red Withdrawal Stall

Supposedly this is a good online casino - but my experience has been very different. I like their games and won a nice amount..played most of it back. But now I'm trying to withdraw. I've submitted everything they've asked for (drivers license,utility bill, etc) and their e-mails indicate my withdrawl was approved. However, my understanding is that I will only receive my deposit back (I still don't understand that). Even so, they promised me my withdrawal within 6-10 business days - this was on Feb 4th. Today is the 10th day and I still don't have anything. I have e-mailed them but have not received any reposnse. I'm thinking I should just move on to another casino - any ideas?
