Cherry Red stall and non payout tactics worse than ever
I've been using Cherry Red for a few years and they've always been slow at payouts but I like there bonuses. Now I'm a VIP for whatever that's worth but I've deposited well over 5K so far with them this year but
They gave me the ole 6-10 days for wire transfer on a $925 withdrawal on 6/25/2011 and $1350 on 6/26/2011. Well what a surprise when the 10 days is up and I get an email stating my withdrawals are delayed and they will let me know when it may be processed. That is great business! They take deposits pretty quickly but they'll let me know when I might get paid
I went through this exact same thing with a Cherry Red wire transfer withdrawal in December 2010 and it ended up taking 2 months.
For one why can every other casino I use withdraw into my click2pay or eco card account if i deposit with a credit card except Cherry Red and Rushmore and Slots Oasis . And secondly why would it take so long to payout customers that deposit week after week with you.
Fair is fair and I want to be paid from Cherry Red.

I received an email from Megan Ross of Cherry Red on July 19 after i sent them a link to this complaint. The email states that my withdrawals have been reprocessed and I will receive them in the ole 6-10 days. I wonder if they would have ever processed them if I hadn't given them bad publicity and sent them the link to it?
I will update when I actually receive the funds in 6-10 days
both withdrawals were received into my bank account today. Thank You Cherry Red and thank you askgamblers.com

I've been waiting since June 15th when supposedly it was "sent". Then I guess it wasn't as the next email two weeks later said they were having "technical difficulties" and "processor delays" and they would let me know when it was resent.The withdrawals department WILL NOT return emails and support is clueless. Wonderful way to run a business!
Cherry Red and Rushmore Casino are sister casinos I believe..as they are having the same trouble...yes, it started around December of 2010 with me also....They need to step up and do something since it has been almost a year now...and no resolution with their continuing problem..
