Cherry Red No Payout

Been waiting 2 months on a $1200 payout and get the runaround with all kinds of excuses about processing and such. Same thing happened last December. Now they're saying Bank of America won't take payouts from them. Other casinos don't seem to have this problem. Jackpot Capital always makes their payouts in 4 days via wire transfer to BOA without any problems.
Cherry Red takes the deposits but won't pay the winnings.
