Cherry Red Casino Will Not Pay and Admit They Owe Me !!
Cherry Red Refuses to pay me my winnings from December even though they admit I am due the money. They are offering to give me back my last deposit in exchange for my winnings - so they are offering me $50 when I won $1150.00
The audacity of this company is beyond anything I've ever seen. They want to give me $50 and for me to play with that money and win again and they say if I do, they will pay me this time. This all makes sense right?? If ANYONE plays at CHERRY RED or RUSHMORE - they are fools and might as well just thorough their money away. What a company admits they owe you and refuses to pay you - that should be enough for everyone to boycott them. If it hasn't happened to you yet - it WILL !!

Here are the options you gave me
I WON $1150.00
1. You offered me to come back and you would return my $50 deposit.
2. Contact you through the email system for further complaints
Neither of these two are acceptable. The money was WON, you admit it was winnings that I was due, you said a month later that you sent the money out to me for payment but that your bank realizing the funds were to pay gambling winnings kept all of the money - mine and many others . . .
So what does any of this have to do with me. I wasn't paid and your lame excuses and lies only prove you are a rogue casino and do NOT PAY winnings.
Offering me my original deposit back rather than what you owe shows your company is broke and steals funds from clients. CHERRY RED and RUSHMORE should be avoided at all costs.
And the reason this complaint was finalized previously was because you did not respond.
If you want me to stop posting that you are liars and thieves then you need to pay me what you owe me - - otherwise I will continue to warn people about you.
I have every email you sent me to post to all who will read it. I certainly hope this helps to warn people to stay away from Casino that DO NOT PAY like CHERRY RED

The complaint has been addressed in many posts but you still NEVER PAY. You admit you owe me the money and say that it is beyond your control to pay me because YOUR Bank keep the money meant for Me
So you have the money and I have 0 so you are responsible to pay me $1150 as was agreed and won by your rules on your site,
This will not go away - I will continue to let people know CHERRY RED WILL NOT PAY - RUSHMORE WILL NOT PAY - SLOTSVILLE WILL NOT PAY.
You are thieves and clients should NOT play until you pay the clients you owe.
I think you misunderstand the situation that has occurred. Let me see if I can help.
OUR bank did not keep the money meant for you. The DoJ seized the funds because it was discovered they were being used for gambling purposes. This happens from time to time in this industry. OUR bank does not have the funds in question, therefore neither do we.
If you would like you may use the options our customer service staff has provided for you, or you may file a claim with the government.

I understand the response correctly and I do not believe you since no proof of this was ever provided. So we are supposed to believe this Fairy Tale that the funds were seized this time and you are not responsible - then show me proof of transfer and proof of seizure by the DoJ. It's quite simple and probably so simple you are missing the point. You took my money and you are responsible for giving me what I am entitled to. And if you lose it somewhere - it is still your responsibility to get my funds to me. You do not get a free pass because you say you lost it. . . . I am not accepting $50.00 when you owe my $1150 and I'd rather post this online to warn others. You clearly said that the DoJ takes your funds from time to time so you are telling all of us now that at any point we have money to collect - we could lose it all because your transfer system is unable to get us paid. It's bad business to rip people off and you will continue to get bad publicity until you send me the $1150 you owe me and the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars you owe other people by scamming them as you scammed me.
