Cherry Casino withdrawal

Joined cherry casino and deposited 100 euro same day i make it 600 and try withdraw 500 euro i.then i got this email

(didnt get any bonus or promotions )

You have broke our terms and conditions and entered fake details. Therefore the funds have been confisticated and your account remains closed.
