Black Lotus Casino - Cheque reversal, ridiculous delay

I've won in bigdollar casino($100) and black lotus casino($170). Blacklotus operator offered to kindly send the 2 cheques together in one courier. The cheque reached me but I had problems depositing the cheque, my bank told me it would take one month to verify and to process the money to my bank due to the verification process. I then talked to blacklotus operator and he instructed me to tear both of my cheques and write a draft letter stating that I have lost my cheques so to be able to answer to their bank to get a stop on the cheque. I was told that my winnings will be credited back to my account after the 5-8 days of processing and to be able to choose another withdrawal option. But it was dragged until now. It has been almost 3 weeks. I've make it a point to ask for the cheque reversal status almost every day and request it to be escalated. But every day they give me excuses to not pay the winnings back to me.
