Bovada Casino - Check getting declined

I requested a withdrawal of $160 by check. I received it faster then Bovada's estimated timeframe which was nice. But I have tried to cash the check through mobile deposit, ATM deposit, and in person at my bank and the check was denied each time. I just tried to go to a payday check cashing store and it was declined as well.

I did write to Bovada's customer service. They said they could make a stop payment on my check and return the funds back to my account. Only for a $40 fee...25% of my withdrawal seems a little steep to me. Very disappointed

I don't know if it's because I went to a different branch or I just had the wrong teller, but I went to the bank to get a decline note so the fees would be waived by Bovada and they accepted the check. Player Advocacy did reach out to me and were as helpful as they could be. So this issue is resolved!
