Bet365 Casino - Charges and bonus not honoured

As a long time customer who puts in a lot of funds I am truly upset over an incident. I spoke with a representative over an issue who stated that there would be a short hold. I explained to him that I am paying 50 cents a minute. The rep transferre me twice taking over half an hour. The casino stated they would not credit me for this even though it was their fault This cost me over 20 dollars which I think is unfair due to this not being my fault. Another issue that occurred is that last night I was playing in the casino and a rep in the middle of the game asked if I wanted a bonus. The bonus was 20 percent while my balance was about 36. I clicked it twice to accept as I had nothing to lose but the bonus wasn't credited. I am owed 30 to 40 dollars over issues that are the casinos fault and I need your help. I am especially upset as I have been a long time player
