Casino Cruise not paying out £300

I opened an account with casino cruise last month and had few winnings , than the standart procuser of account verification etc which all confirmed by casino and i had withdrawal with no problem until 2 weeks ago.
Around 2 weeks ago i made a withdrawal of £300 and after a week they roll back the funds back to my casino account. In the meantime i sent emails and live chats but the answer is always same ' financial department risk assesment' . Surely the live help and email help both extremely useless as they fail to answer any of my questions in regards to holding my funds even the account was verified and had withdrawal before. Nearly 2 weeks delay shouldnt be acceptable. I have attached one of the repeat answers of the casino which i received few days ago
