CasinoClub unpaid winnings!

CASINO CLUB unpaid winnings – almost 3 months

I won in Casino Club in January of 2010. I submitted the two requested forms of documentation- ID (drivers license) and utility bill- and my withdrawal was approved, no issues.

I won €1600 on April 8th 2011 and sent the requested documents immediately. Casino club took weeks to respond on the status of my documents despite numerous attempts to contact them. When they finally responded, they complained the quality of the documents was too low, although these were the same documents approved last year. So, I re-scaned and resent the documents and now they are saying the documents can’t be verified.

CASINO CLUB, stop creating excuses and delays and pay me my winnings!
