Casino770 wont give me my winnings after closing my account

Hi im having problems with Casino770, i won on the blackjack (I believe it was the 10/10-12) and the 14/10-12 I whitdrew my winnings (7877 Euros).

On the site they told me that this takes approximately 4-7 days.

After 2 months of daily chatting they tell me on the phone, that the blackjack table I played on had technical faults..

I don´t accept this and i told them that I demand them to reanalyze the situation, or else I would take this to court, I also asked them if they payed the people who lost in this machine their money back. But as you probably understand they didn´t.

Today after like 2 weeks of chatting and asking them about the reanalyzing of my account, this girl "Amy" tells me that my account is back, and my winnings are allready validated and I should wait a few days and the money would be in my bank account...

I though YES AT LAST!

When I enter my account I notice that I have nothing on my history. So I ask like for an reciept or something so i could be 100% that they sent the money, and she told me that all information is going to be sent by E-mail.

After waiting 1 hour I enter my account to see if they have put something on history. But wait my account has been shut down AGAIN!? after 1 hour.

After contacting them in the chat, they say that it has been an missunderstanding..

So I ask what can I do!? Im very stressed out.. And actually a little sad.

By the way I have print screens on EVERYTHING (I think)

Still under investigation and they want me to be more pattient.. "We will contact you by E-mail when we have more information.

Sure.. 6 weeks they have been saying the same.
