I use Casio sites quite alot on the internet and I can honestly say I have never used one quiteas bad as this it's ridiculous I have 3 withdrawals that are still "in process" totaling £150 the first has been "in process" for almost 3 months!!! And the other a month!!! Now I use William hill and Ladbrokes quite a bit they only take 3 days and have never had any issues with them. When trying to get hold of casino 770 all I get is the same shit "it's been forwarded to the correct department" or "a member of staff has been trying to get hold of you" which is bullshit when I have no missed calls no voicemail the site is terrible quick enough to take your money not so to give you your winnings if it carries on much longer they will be getting a letter from my local MP same it takes that much tk fix the problem. Dont use them!!!!

Thats ridiculous why do you need to phone me no other online casino does this I have had no missed calls and no voice mails whenever I call you or contact you via the 24/7 chat all I get is "your problem has been forwarded to the correct department" I have sent my documents that you have asked for its like you just try to make it as hard as possible for people to get there winnings so they give up trying and you get to keep it.

You still fail to explain to me why these checks take so long when it's takes seconds for me to deposit it seems like you are more than willing to take or money but reluctant to payout if we win William hill take one day 2 at max I also think it's ridiculous

That you promote yourself as "as seen on sky" I dont think they wwouldbe proud to affiliate them selves with you if they knew about this website and all the complaints here and how you treat your customers... And let me guess another automated message will follow this one

Still on going they claim to have validated my claim for withdrawal not before a phone accussing me of having numerous accounts as if I didnt expect that waiting to be processedstill no valid reason as to why ittales so long and no comment to say there fixing any of the issues raised on this site bad business really
