Casino770 complaint once again still not resolved

Hi,

My original complaint was timed out somehow.

Here was my original complaint:

"Hi , 770 casino won't pay me my winnings, they claim that i have an other account when it's the first time i play there. I have a big win of 7333 gbp , They asked me to contact them via phone so they can tell me this, I told them i DON'T have any other account as it;'s the first time i register to there site. Then the lady told me she will tell the financial department that i claim i only have one account ( the one i opened) . They don't answer my emails. I emailed them a couple of times and they just ignore me. I am fed up with this whole situation. Please help me."

They answered:

"Please note that your withdrawal request is still pending as you have failed to provide us with the necessary documents requested by our financial department:

9.7. Casino770 confirms a request for withdrawal from a player only after identity verification of the user and of the player account […]. Any demand for a withdrawal must be supported by the authentication of the user.

In addition to that, you will be able to withdraw the amount remaining in your balance as soon as you comply with our bonus Terms and Conditions:

6.4 A player cannot apply for a withdrawal request unless the playthrough of the bonus received has been fully completed.

We can assure you that once these conditions are met, you will receive your winnings."

First of all I submitted all my documents promptly for 770. No idea what they are talking about here.

Also as for the playthrough, I did the full playthrough on slots. Do you really need me to post screenshots?? You keep inventing new excuses to not pay me. Please send me my winnings to my moneybookers accounts as you are REQUIRED to.

Once again check my account history and emails properly and you will see that everything has been submitted.
