Casino 440 is nothing but a rip off and scamming online casino website. I live in Australia and have played many online casino games this one is the worst.

How this so called "legal" company in mirco gaming gets away with its sneaky rules and terms and conditions that make no sense are still able to run.

Firstly the free bonus is a joke if you don't win or spend it in casino 440s time frame they act like it never exist then they scam your ATM bank card for additional payments and unaurothorised transactions from your bank account.

My husband won over $20,000 U.S dollars from numerous spins and feature spins, we proceeded to collect which involved I.D etc emailed support they advised us we could collect through PayPal, the next day we received an email from support from 440 only to be a complete scam through hotmail and the fact the email had several spelling mistakes from a Vericona lady, only to be told PayPal was not an option and my husbands personal details had been scammed.

1) There are 3 different periods of time. Then the member of the support team helped you providing you with the details of the documents that all the players have to send in order to make a correct withdrawal. Also you asked for an Australian phone number, and then the member of the support team told you that at the moment we don't have a local Australian phone number -if you want she can call you back-. Finally you wrote that you want to send an e-mail, and left the chat.

2) You asked again for the Australian phone number. Then the member of the support team tried to call you. But you didn't reply, because it seems that the number that you provide in the 440 registration form is not a valid number.

3) The 3rd part of the chat started with you asking for USD 12.000 that you had in your account. And as the support team wrote you. It was only 0.49 cents. He wrote to Microgaming and the IT team in order to have a list of your latest spins, and then you left the chat -at any moment you can request this lists-. In order to know the games, bets and balance of your account. Sadly we can't upload the file, but if you wish we will send it to you, or if you want we can send a special request to Microgaming.

Where's the support of the whole conversation and that there's no withdraw request.
