Casino.com withdrawals not paid
I won and made withdrawals on 26/4/2011 and 27/4/2011. They show on casino.com account as approved but even after complaining online with then the amounts were not paid into my account. When i try to contact them now they don't respond.
How can a casino continue to opperate if they dont pay winnings?

I have been getting their "we look into it" for 4 weeks. I have even sent their support a copy of my bank statement showing that i have not received the withdrawals. They don't respond. After making an expensive international phone call i was told that they have paid and its my problem. They take deposits out of the same card account every day and have no problem in processing when they take my money - just when they need to pay back its suddenly a big problem. If this casino can not pay ZAR 2200 then they must realy be in trouble.
