Golden Lady Casino - First gave me misleading info and then refused to pay!

I was given an initial $100 bonus with a cashout max of $150. I started the cashout process The live chat rep came on the chat and said if I would reverse the withdrawal of 150 and deposit $150 he would give me 700% of the 150 deposit and a playthrough of only $2,400. I went over it twice with him if this was the promotion and printed the chat and he said yes. I then asked how I would know I reached the 2400 and he said a pop up would come up because he couldn't tell. I played for several hours and was winning. I was able to get my balance over $5000 and had tracked my bets and knew I far exceeded the $2400 I had to play. I couldn't withdraw and it kept on saying waging requirement not met. I then went on live chat and the rep said I didn't meet requirement and to keep on playing. I stated I tracked my bets and knew I had far exceeded the requirement. He closed the chat and did not respond to any of my questions what was happening that I couldn't withdraw. I played for another hour or two and my balance went down to $2079 and quit. This morning I went on and was told that the chat rep didn't tell me the correct promotion that I was suppose to have gotten 2400 to play with and the back through was 30x that amount. I stated that wasn't what I was told and wouldn't have taken it if that was the case. They refuse to pay me anything - I was offered a 500 credit today with a playback to 30x and max cashout of 1000. I think this was totally wrong - I was ripped off of the money due me and then won't pay me anything.
I just started playing here but if they can say one thing and then change their mind because I win this is fraud.

Today I receive an email that my acct will be blocked. I also had withdrew $150 which they advised they will not pay now and I will forfeit it. They state that I was given free chips by them after the incident - I specifically stated to Alex and Frank they could give me the free chips but I still wanted my money. They thought the free chip with large play through would satisfy me and I told them emphatically no I still wanted my money but they could do they wanted. They can submit my responses to them via free chat when they offered the free chip multiple times and I did play with it and of course never came close. If I don't get my withdrawal of $150 and my $300 deposit of a non-existent promotion back - they will be the ones that will be blocked and I will request this be pursued by my bank. This casino needs to be blocked so no one else gets scammed.

I would gladly submit the emails I received from Golden Lady since this incident. In fact in one they state they have fired the employee that gave me the wrong info. They can "fire" him but they can't pay me the money I won.
