Betmotion Casino - Won't pay, refers to not-applicable clause

I deposited 150 euros at the casino, but couldn't get a bonus.
So I played a bit, without a bonus.
Then I wanted to withdraw my balance (now 170 euros).
The casino refused, citing various terms&conditions. However, these terms&conditions were from a 'promotions' section so don't apply to me (I deposited without any bonus).

The casino insists that I wager 10x the deposit, 1500 euros.
I find this ridiculous. I have no bonus, I play with my own money. I already bet for about 250 euros so my deposit is turned over once.

How can I convince them to pay me if they mis-use their own T&C

We want to inform you that your withdrawal request made on 30/07/2016 was cancelled by our Financial Department. This decision was taken because Rollover was not completed upon the deposit made.

You should bet a total of € 1.500 and you have made € 0 at the moment of withdrawal’s request (remember, bets under 1.8 are not consider for Rollover).

Point 64 ONLY APPLIES TO PROMOTIONS.

Point 64 is in the General terms and conditions:

"Clause VII (containing nr 64): VII. Participation in Activities and Winnings
Promotions are intended as incentives to loyal players, and to attract new players to Betmotion.com. We encourage our players to claim our bonuses and enjoy them. However, we have strict policies in place aimed at discouraging their abuse. Below are the general Promotions Terms and Conditions of Betmotion.com.""

THIS IS ABOUT PROMOTIONS.

Clause 64: In the event that the Sports Bonus has a Rollover of 5 times and a deadline (Rollover) of 60 days to meet, after this time the value of the deposit plus Bonus must be rolled over 10 times with Odds equal or over 1.8. A Rollover of 10 times with Odds of 1.8 or higher is always required for players from Europe and Asia.


THIS CLAUSE DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. The clause clearly discusses rollover IN CASE OF A BONUS. It says there is a 5 times rollover, but after 60 days this is a 10 times rollover for deposit + bonus, and always 10 times for european players.

So, since the clause is ONLY FOR BONUSES, it DOES NOT APPLY TO ME.

How can I make this any clearer to you!!!!

Dear sir Paul:

Please notice that our T&C's say: "A Rollover of 10 times with Odds of 1.8 or higher is always required for players from Europe and Asia." the rollover for players from Europe and Asia is ALWAYS of 10 times at odds 1.8 or higher, doesn't matter if it's with bonuses or not, the rollover is always 10 times.

During the course of the complaints process it became clear that this case is referring to Sports Betting and has nothing to do with casino related matters.
