Casino Titan - Wont Process Payment

Please help.

I have been awaiting payment from this Casino for 19 days now. I was originally told I would receive the money within 7-10 days. When I failed to receive the money I contacted them again and have done so almost everyday for the past 2 weeks. The payment is still not forthcoming. I have been told to contact their finance department by email directly to resolve the issue. I have sent 4 emails over the past week and received no reply.

I was then informed by their customer service staff that the money was transferred to me on the 23rd of August and I was to wait a further 7 days to receive it. I requested details of the payment and they wouldn't provide any to me. I have now since learned that the customer representative admitted to making up this transfer and lying to me to get rid of me from chat. I then received a one line email saying I would not be receiving the money. This is the level of customer service I have had to deal with.

I have not received any emails from their payment/finance team since. I have not received any apologies for the lies that were told to me. I have copies of correspondence from support staff promising me to rest assured that I would receive my money and yet I then yesterday receive an email saying I am not getting the payment. It is a disgrace.

They are claiming they can not process payments to Moneybookers. I find this strange for 2 reasons.

1. They accept deposits from Moneybookers but won't process repayments to them.

2. From the outset I was asked to submit a Faxback Request form containing my Bank Account details. Therefore why they havent just processed the payment to my Bank Account is beyond me.

Its now 21 days today since I was promised payment.

The Casino now cuts me off every time I enter Live Chat. I actually can't believe this Casino. Shocking service.

I have now contacted this casino 3 times by telephone and they have hung up on me each and every time. The girls on customer supports names are Heather and Molly. Molly being the one who has already admitted to lying to me to get me off chat by completely making up a bank transfer.

Both of them have cut me off on both Live chat and by telephone. I am absolutely furious. I have done everything this Casino has asked of me and cooperated with them fully. I have sought legal advice on this matter because of the way I have been treated. I do not wish to go down the route of issuing legal proceedings against them but they are leaving me with little or no choice. I am trying to resolve this matter amicably but they do not even have the courtesy to respond to my emails or take my telephone calls.
