Casino Titan - Winnings voided and no chance to use my loyalty points

Query on a complaint

I joined titan casino (rtg) ages ago probably using a ndb, i am not sure. About 3 months ago i used the bonus code olympic for $30 ndb. I did well and at the point if me having well over $1000 i contacted support to ask them what the wagering left was. I was told i had no wagering left to play. On their advice i deposited $21 into their casino via neteller but my withdrawal would be capped at $150 plus my initial $21. Anyway after 5 weeks of them faffing around and generally wasting time (i think hoping i would waste my winnings), i recieved an email to tell me i wasnt able to withdraw anything due to multiple ndb on the account. That my balance had been cleared and my initial deposit put back into my acc. I contacted support through live chat. Surely this is against rules and regulations. I dont know the ratio of their loyalty scheme but i do know before they closed my acc i had 2300 loyalty points.i had cashed in 200 previously to see what they cashed them in for. It was $1 for 200 points.is there anything i can do about this

Your account has been closed for several reasons, including: NDB abuse + your own request to refund the only deposit you have made (Charge Back).

it was mutual to close my acc, not due to any violation of anything. Its funny as they have told thebigfreechiplist they were not refunding me the initial deposit as i had played with it after the bonus was taken off.. They didnt want me to get my winnings and it seems just a bunch of con artists. as soon as i got the email to say they had cleared my balance but put my $21 back in the acc, i contacted live support and it was during this conversation my acc became closed. i can sent a screen shot of this conversation

this is not true. In fact the casino contacted you by mail on 2013 regarding the situation with the NDB abuse, way before this situation.

I would like to see proof of this email as i have been through mine and no email about anthing to do with exploiting ndb.i dont delete emails.

Due to this indisputable reports, this case is closed and there's nothing else I can do from my end to modify the final decision.
