I won some money and requested a transfer. I sent paper work they requested and they accepted it. Seven business days later they show to be sending me a small part of what i requested and are telling me it will not be sent the way i requested and it will take even more days to receive. They want me to request the balance again but won't tell me if it will all be sent or just a small part again. I am not sure if i will even receive or how i will receive the first amount i asked for. The finance department does not reply to your emails and live chat doesnt want to answer your questions. I dont think this casino is a good bet for United States players.

Received a check via Fed Ex on Tuesday Sept. 4th. Put in bank on Sept. 6th. Hope it clears. Was suppose to get another today but hasn't arrived yet. They have stopped all of my comp points and I can no longer use any bonus money they offer. All that has been restricted. Still a long way from getting all my money I won. Will have to wait and see. I bet if it took as long to collect our funds they wouldnt be pleased either. They can debit my card in seconds and it takes at least a month to get your winnings if you get them at all.
I am afraid if we are waiting for Casino Titan to reply to my emails or to send any money we will be waiting a long time. They don't do anything but take your money. I have done everything they asked for and they are just crooks. DONT PLAY HERE.
I would be glad to say I was wrong but doesn't look like I will ever get that chance.
