Casino Titan - Unable to withdraw money after it is approved

I requested withdrawal ($550) and it was approved. However they (guy named Louise) sent me an email that I didn't play some games to meet bonus requirement. I think it is not reasonable and this is just an excuse, since the money became withdrawable after I have played those games already (initially or otherwise the money would not became withdrawable). In fact, I have played thousands of dollars on slots, which I checked that this is qualified for the bonus.

Also they don't have a phone number to call, the email takes over a week to reply, their service is terrible. Furthermore, they just prevent your money to withdraw, and they still haven't re-deposit the money into my account when they declined my withdrawal.

Everyone will be losers (on the games and when you try to withdraw).

according yo our records you took the bonus TIPTOP which is $55 NDB. afterwards you played excluded games using this bonus.

this is the reason your balance was reset.

we refunded you your deposit back.
