Casino Titan - Impossible to close account ?

Hi,
I'm playing french version of casino Titan and i wan't to close my acount.
I've sent some mails but i had no response.
I thinki t's not correct. Account should be closed rapidly.
They never answer mails...
I think they wa't you to play more and more...
Could you help me ?
