I submitted my faxback form and all of the required information and got an automated email stating that the information had been received and would be processed in 3 days. A week later and nothing so after several live chat session I always got the same response "there is nothing in the system please ask again in a few days." Finally got one support person to have me email the information to their address and a week later, still nothing! Talked to support again and still the same response - "send it to me and I'll make sure it gets to the finance department." I'm not holding my breath this time...

Finally they have approved my fax-back form. I requested a withdrawal six days ago of 2500 dollars (which it clearly says is the maximum). Come to find they decided to only pay 1000 and reject the remaining 1500 (and the 1000 hasn't shown up in my bank yet). The response I got was "we are paying in installments." This should like pretty unethical business practice as now I have to wait another 6 days for another withdrawal (somehow it rejects anything above 1500 now, yet the max is still labeled as 2500). I assume they are delaying payments so that I will gamble away my winnings... Shady.
Please let us know when you receive the rest of your withdrawal.
