Casino Royal Club - Problem with withdrawal for big win

hi,

I put 50 euros and I played with a bonus "No max cash out 200% 22% extra." After meeting the wagering, I first won 3300 euros, I replayed in part to win 8625 euros.

However to withdraw via Neteller on Royal Casino Club, I must ask several withdrawal of 1 000 euros.

I submit this complain about Casino Royal Club, because after asking two withdrawals then be replayed one of the two, I can't make it at all.

A message tells me "Because of withdrawal limits, this method of removal is not available at the moment."

And when I ask the support unlocked this system and I know they can, I was told to try again two hours later and obviously that changes nothing.

I think Casino Royal Club doesn't want to pay me what I won.

If somebody can help.

It's been two weeks that the "technical problem" to be solved. But still nothing.

The support of the casino lies all the time. Their specificity is to tell you that everything will be resolved in the day to get rid of you.

On this site, they said October 7 "please wait 2-3 working days ..." , 5 working days after, I have no news.

Attention even the player who has already received a payout.

I still can't make a withdrawal on Casino Royl Club contrary to what he told me Thursday.

The response of the support today is:

"Chris: yes i conformed from the technical team they said it will resolve soon

Chris: they are working on that"

I didn't trust them anymore. Apparently, Casino Royal Club don't pay.

I win in october more 5 000 and I requested the withdrawal but impossible to do so because of a "technical problem". (For information this wasn't my first withdrawal but never such a win)
After two months I demand the closing of the account to expedite the process. What is done but I still didn't have my money. Then since January I asked them by email and support the reopening of that I 've never been there until 3 days by a support person. It was probably an mistake given the following.
I find my money in my balance and the technical problem for the withdrawal is still there. I asked again to the support , to solve the problem . The person told me to wait. The answer always the same " we keep you informed when this will be resolved ."
And today when accessing my account I see that they have re- fenced for the reason " for password error repeated " when there has been no error on my part .

Please can someone help me ?
