I recently won a little bit on Casinoroom.com. I cashed out on 10/30/2013 a sum of $447.40 USD. I was told it could take a few business day up to 7 total. But they assured me it would likely be within 3 days. Its been now 11 days total and every time i have called them or emailed them i got a different answer and a different time. Today is 11/11/13. They are now telling me that the bank is having problems with bank transfers and that im not the only one who has pending requests.

For some reason they are not actually giving me any helpful knowledge or anything i can use to track my payment or anything at all for that matter. This is my first cassinoroom.com experience. I'm starting to lose all confidence in this site.

I hear Omar help someone out before.... where are you OMAR!!!!

I will not be depositing anything else or even recommending this site to anyone.

Please contact us by live chat, we will find a solution, we would have paid out to your credit card, but in this case you have used a gift card, however we have many other alternatives that you can use for the time being, including credit cards, Skrill, Neteller.

However, today is now 11/13/2013 and still it seems like they are having problems making bank transfer. So i'm still waiting, UNFORTUNATELY. It seems to me that a bank's sole purpose in this case is to transfer funds. I've certainly never heard of this.

I would like to say that I was very happy to talk with Omar today. Although i havent received payment, he was able to assure me that it will arrive soon. Also he he was able to give me a reason as to why this process is taking long. which is much more than i can say i had received in previous contacts. Everyone has been very nice, even though i have been harrassing the whole team. LOL

Apparently they are switching financial institutions and this is the reason for the delay. Omar hooked me up with a sweet compensation and guaranteed me that i will receive payment soon. At least i have some real info on whats going on. Hopefully ill be able to say i received my cashout soon! Until then, i'll keep my fingers crossed.

I guess it was just a slight problem with the transfer process, as I received both of my transactions at the same time.
