Sugar Casino - Blocked account with no reason stated, casino refused deposit refund

Casino refused to pay the deposit without explanation of reasons and to block the account at the casino.
First I asked for the payment of 250 euros, after some time came to describing the failure that I have not played yet wager , and later when I won € 400 wager having played previously , I again requested payment , but I was refused again and this time the account is blocked .. ....

I bring a copy of the letter from the sugar casino ....

The problem was never solved unfortunately no evidence that I have committed any illegal acts casino is not provided , it seems to me that the casino does not want to make the payment and it is more like a fraud on the part of the casino !!!

Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Sugar Casino.com reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.
