Casino Plex - slow payment

Hi everybody!

I'm tired of getting promises from casino support, so I decided to submit a complaint. Casino Plex owes me $2035.8 for more then 2 months now. I contacted support numerous times, but it's useless. It gives you the only answer "we will forward your query to our financial department". It doesn't help. Hope to get any help here.

Dear Dariya, the reason why the payment has not been submitted earlier is due to the fact that we did not have updated documents for you. We have also sent you emails about this fact and we never got any response. It could be that you received the emails in the spam folder.

Please make sure to send us the updated documents, make sure that the details in your account are the latest as well as have the address in your documents match your details in the CasinoPlex account. In any case we have paid you the full amount to your Skrill account this morning.

From our side, case is resolved.

I didn't get any e-mails requesting any documents from me. Also I contacted CSR through chat window at least 3 times, and I never has been told you require any documents. If you need any please leave your e-mail and documents you need. At least twice a week I receive your promotional e-mails and they are in my Inbox folder (not spam). You can do it through my e-mail, through your CSR or even through this site. And I'll provide you with all needed docs shortly.

Today payment has been received in full. For me this case is closed.
