Casino Plex have not paid me for 5 months!

Hi,

I withdraw £3,674 from Casino Plex on 28th April 2013.

To date I have received £1,000 and whenever I contact them they say they have no more information, but they will forward the information to the "financial department" and that I should be "paid soon".

They are quick to take your money, but make it really difficult to get paid. I forget how many times I have contacted them about this now.

Nobody should have to wait 5 months to receive their winnings, this is crazy.

Can you help?

Our customer support have requested you to send copies of your Visa card and in the meantime your withdrawal request has been transferred to the Visa withdrawing facility. Once the visa copies are approved by our fraud and security department, your payment will be effected. Regards, Casinoplex_Rep

Good day, I just wanted to give you an update about the status of your transaction. Please note that your credit card copies have been duly accepted by our fraud/security department and that your transaction has been transferred from your old payment method to the new one (i.e Visa) and we are expecting the amount to be paid soon.
