Malibu Club Casino - Casino not responding to my withdrawal inquiries

I was given a welcome bonus and made it to the play through needed for a withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal and i was told to submit necessary documents, which was done within 24 hours. The next day i was told to deposit 25 dollars from my credit card, which i was hesitant but i did it so i could get the total amount of 175 dollars, 150 from my winnings+ 25 for verification. I deposited my money on Tuesday, but as soon as i deposited my money, i spoke to a guy called William who confirmed that the 25 was successfully received but i've tried to contact the casino three days back to back with no response. I read a review of a player with similar issue and i realized i needed to act sooner than later. If I hear anything I will let you know. But now i'm very disappointed with the customer care and failure to address this matter.

I would like to write and say that I spoke to a representative at Malibu yesterday and I have been assured that a wire transfer has been done and I would like to say my issues have been resolved. Thank you ask gamblers and Malibu casino.
