Casino MIdas - Wiped out my winnings

I used to play at casino midas and had a balance of 1890. After awhile I couldn't log in because it said my country was not serviced anymore. So I requested the withdrawal from the chat. Now they say my account is dormany cause I have not played in awhile. Well, it is only dormant cause I was unable to log on to my account cause of their geo restriction.

I don't think it is fair for them to wipe 1890 of my winnings when the reason for domancy is cause they locked mine after chaning policies on my country.

Dear Ask Gambler and player,
First I would like to inform you that player's balance was paid today and he should see the money in his account. The balance was $1,390 since $500 was the amount of the bonus awarded to the player to play with and win.
It appears that player's balance was deducted after 6 months of inactivity as part of an automatic operation that did not take into account the specific situation and for that we sincerely apologize.

I can confirm that I did receive the 1390. I had understood that the 500 bonus was cashable but at least they have paid almost all. Thank you!
