Casino Metropol ISSUE

Last days I requested a withdrawal of 880 after I made two deposits ( credit card and Moneybookers ). Aparently my game was clear , also my reputation , I had no complaint during the game , only before my withdrawal . I will post part of two of the mails received from them.

1 . ' We noticed that you requested a withdrawal from your account. As part of our security procedure, required by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, we kindly request that you send the following documents for the belov mentioned card.(...)

The withdrawal button had apper on my account after they checked document I sent and everything was ok

After five days I requested a withdrawal and I receive this :

2."Dear Marius,

We've been informed by another merchant that you tried to abuse their bonus campaigns. Therefore, we regret to inform you that your account at CasinoMetropol and CasinoMaxi has been permanently terminated.

All your deposits have been refunded to your cards as well as to your Moneybookers account.

Of course none of my deposit was received and my account is locked.

I have to say I played in the past at CasinoMaxi , exactly on 09.march.2011 , yes long time a go .

I deposited there 498 E and I finished the game with 593 E , I had one succesfull withdrawal. This is last mail from them :

'Dear sir,

We have received your documents. All the documetns are approved. Thank you for your interest. Good luck!

How could I consider CasinoMetropol's decision right as lons as I even wasn't worned by CasinoMaxi ?!?

The thing that most upsets me is that these two casino shares personal information about my identity braking Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta in their benefit . CasinoMetropol needed a reason not to pay me and the 'found' it .

Yesterday consulted my ING Bank account officer, and explained him the whole situation by showing the printed email send by Serkan on 19 decembrie 2011, 16:48.

Due to these severe law brake he adviced me to contact personally Bucharest ING Bank main office to request chargeback of my deposits.

I get this decision right as long as CasinoMetropol ignores this situation and I advice all who have similar issues with CasinoMetropol and CasinoMaxi to request a chargeback.
