Hello , I find this casino at askgamblers website and I decided to register it, than I deposited 1000eur and hit 2700 Asked to withdraw 1500 and sent all documents . They said it will take 24h to check it but I am waiting more than 2 days Live support cant give me any information they said "You need to wait " but how many they do not know

Based on the evidence that we received from the casino management we could confirm that player breached Rule 3.1.10 from the General Casino Terms and Conditions:

"Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to cancel an account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to the Player. Any balance in the Casino Account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to the Player's credit card or sent to the Player by cheque. In some circumstances, an alternative payment method may be required in order to return the balance amount to the Player. However, Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to lock any accounts, void any winnings and confiscate any account balance in the Player's Casino Account in any of the following circumstances:
3.1.10 If Players are found to be linked to one another via hardware, financial accounts and/or suspicious trends;

In addition, players initial deposit has been returned. We would also like to remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the casino's licencing authority.

Based on the above we consider this complaint as Resolved. The case is now officially closed.
