CasinoLuck - Delaying too much for my withdraw request 1200 ZAR

Hello, I have had trouble to get my withdraw request 1200 rand last 5 days but I found here the withdraw time takes within 12 hours! I had got another payment of 2027 rand from their sister casino NextCasino within 12 hours after I made withdraw request. But unknown reason they don't process my withdraw request. I had sent my verification documents already where NextCasino had verified me but Casino Luck don't reply of my emails and process my withdraw request of 1200 rand only. Could you help me please to get my payment? Thank you.

Hi,

Please follow the rules of the Askgamblers website by being descriptive and do not leave out informaiton. The reason your withdrawal is held up is that the Neteller account you have used to deposit is registered in another name than yours. In fact, the Neteller account that you have used belongs to another customer of ours. You can read more about third party deposits in our casino terms and conditions.

This case will be handled by our security department. If Askamblers need any further information we will supply it to them. For obvious reasons, we suggest this complaint to be closed and dismissed.

Hello Casino Luck,

Good to see you replied here but you never replied to personal email. However I had sent my verification documents and neteller login details twice as per your request but you never processed my withdraw request and never replied me any information. Your sister casino had processed my withdraw request within 12 hours I had requested withdraw but you never processed my withdraw request 1200 ZAR. Whatever happened I explained everything in the email but I didn't get any response or my payment yet!. Could you process my withdraw request 1200 ZAR please?

Hi,

You received several replies from our support yesterday.

Furthermore, I'm afraid we cannot process your withdrawal. Third party deposits are strictly forbidden. You are not allowed to use a payment method or paycard that is not in your own name. As per our casino terms, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the deposit will be returned to the Neteller account.

Unfortunately, your third party deposit activity on our other site slipped under the radar of our payments and platform provider. Naturally, that account will now also be frozen.

Thank you for your reply. I understand I had deposited from my brother's account and requested withdraw same account. Because, I had no international photo Id last year when I started to play. But this year I had got my International photo Id (Passport). So, Would you process my withdraw request if I create my own neteller account then make withdraw request into my own account please? Your review and reply here will be highly appreciated. Thank you once again.

I had created a new account with Neteller for me under my full details (Screen Shot sent into support email). Now I have make withdraw request 1200 ZAR into my own account. Hi,

I'm afraid that is not how it works with a third party deposit. The deposit will be returned to its origin. This is standard procedure and we are acting in accordance with the casino terms.

Please refer to our previous reply. I'm afraid we do not have anything further to add in this matter.

As per your request, you asked me to wait 1 or 2 days to get my refund on 16th Sep. I had requested withdraw my deposit 210 ZAR, But I didn't receive my refund yet! So, when you gonna refund my deposit 210 ZAR? Could you advise please? Thanks.
