Casino La Vida and sister casino Red Flush are completely scam/thieves. They were run around from last week when I made a withdraw request $180 from Casino La Vida and $200 from Red Flush Casino. My those little winnings together $380 came from after several deposits and spent time for a whole day I had sent all necessary documents they asked from me after requested withdraws last week.Last Monday they sent me an email stated that my both accounts are now verified and I would get my withdraw amount $380 within Tuesday. Whole day on Tuesday I waited to see my winnings into Neteller account but on midnight I felt they may cause me trouble where they already broken their words. I really hate those people who break their words. However, after midnight I had contacted with support to ask whats the matter for delay,then He told me my money $380 has been sent already where I have to wait 2/3 business day to see my money into my Neteller account. But I can say,who is a little literate,he/she knows transferring money into neteller account takes no more than 5 minutes. Well, yesterday at evening I again asked the progress about money transferring to support agent Ronald,then he told me my accounts had been locked and my winnings had been confiscated due to they reserve the right to pay winnings or not' Dear AskGamblers Admin and other players,please read my following conversations with Ronald yesterday then you will understand clearly :

After happening all those with me,can't I say them thieves/scammer? I kept my trust on them,made several deposits from my neteller account then finally I won a little amount altogether $380. The other interesting thing I had experienced there is withdraw request remains more than 48 hours where they clearly posted their terms site is maximum 24 hrs!

I have investigated the query with our Risk and Banking teams and have concluded the following:
-       At the time you made a withdrawal, our Risk processes had started investigating your account as we do with all withdrawals at the casino
-       You had then submitted all the requested documents and the Service Desk that you contacted, had forwarded the documents to our Risk and Banking teams to review and finalize.
-       While all documents had been received and some checks had been done on your account, via the Contact Centre side, the Risk team were still investigating your account.
-       During the processing of the withdrawal, your account had been flagged again and the payment was stopped while the Risk Team investigated further.
-       It was then that it was found that your account is linked to fraudulent activity. This was further verified with other relevant business units in the industry.
-       Due to this findings, your winnings were confiscated and your account closed indefinitely and informed the relevant processors accordingly.

Please understand that we as the casino now consider this matter as finalized and closed.

Please also note that we do have a 24 hour pending period for all withdrawal however please understand that withdrawals will only be processed the next business day after it has come out of the pending period. Please also note that we do not process withdrawal over weekends and bank holidays. Withdrawals will only be finalized once they have met all the security checks that are in place to protect both the casino and legitimate valued players.

But I am not really understood your statement "fraudulent activity"!! My winning altogether $380 I gained from my several deposits made around $80. Moreover,I got email confirmations that my both accounts had been reviewed by authority and my both account had been verified which I had mentioned earlier. Then I got several emails which stated my withdraw will be paid out by Monday,then Tuesday, then Wednesday which procedure seemed to me unfamiliar and weaken my trust with them. So, after waited around 1 week I asked Ronald to know what's going on there. Then he told me my both accounts had been locked even without let me know!! I became shocked when he told me my winnings $380 had been confiscated and my deposits would not send me back!! OMG!!! How come all these possible? If you don't want to send my winning then you should at least send me back my all deposits I had been made. Please do not intend to take my deposits where you do not want to transfer my winnings.I had kept my trust into your casinos to play and that's why I had made several deposits. Hope you have understood all of these matters clearly.

Dear AskGamblers, casino LA VIDA and RED FLUSH casino representative giving same bullshit again and again by copying and pasting his previous comments. This proves they have no evidence to keep or hold my total withdrawal $380 except copy paste their bullshit over and over. I believe, as a Mediation Askgamblers have the full right to review the evidence they stated. Unless take your proper actions, those casino groups will continue their scamming activities with other players also though I have noticed that most of the complains into this forum had been placed against them. All casinos paid me within 72 hours after requested withdrew but they didn't. This is my first time I had faced a scam casino group who really doesn't pay winnings. Please help me if you can.
