Winner Casino - Casino Group Ignoring Self Exclusion

I recently opened an account at Winner Casino, I deposited, played and lost. Fair enough, I understand the risks when gambling. However when I looked up the casino on here I noticed it was part of a casino group that I specifically asked to exclude me from all their casino's. I requested the ban as I lost alot on their sister casino and believe there payout odds are much less than other casino's.

I do not think this casino should have allowed me to not only create an account but deposit. I am sure any winnings would have been voided so it is only fair that the deposits are refunded ?

The ban is still in place, I still have the emails confirming the exclusion from the sister casino. I received an email from Winner saying it is an independent casino with no relations to this casino group, I do not know if this is true as I am only going of the information on the casino from this website. If so, I guess I have no claim to make.

However if it is part of the group, it is not very responsible to allow this to happen and surely is not following casino guidelines that are in place ?
