Paris Casino - Closed my account and refused paying out 500 € for false reason

I play since many month on that casino and win some times.
Last thursday I deposit, play and ask to withdraw.

Today (Saturday) I try to connect and get an error message. I got to the support page to get contact by the tchat.

The support team tell that my account is block for rules break.
They tell that I have 2 account from the same IP.
I asked them to give me more details (the second login for exemples) and they refused !

They have closed my account and refused to pay me out...

Please help ...

Yes I confirm your account was closed for using a duplicate IP / a multiple account and obvious bonus abuse. We do not have to go into details you should know exactly what we are talking about

It's easy to say that a connection has a second account without evidences !
So give me more details... Even else, I will ask the authorities to help me...

We would post evidences online with there is a doubt and when the player is showing good faith. Concerning our decision to close both accounts there is not any, both accounts were used by the same person which is a direct breach to our terms and conditions like any casino.

As far as we are concerned this topic is closed, you are perfectly aware of this multi accounting and all behaviour,

Yes both your accounts are closed for always the same reason : multi-accounting. Please do not consider the notification, our fraud department warned support.

We will not communicate any login details, again, you are perfectly aware of the existence of both those account and you've been playing on both. This account closure goes under ours terms and conditions as mentioned above. Our decision is totally legit.

I understand now what you are speaking about.

On my advice, one of my neighbor subscribe on your website a few month ago because she like to play blackjack and roulette like me. Her account has been blocked on your website too...

She tell me you think that we live together in the same apartment because we have the same postal address... For sure, it's a building! So we have the same postal address but we don't live together.

As she request, please, tell to your manager that's an error or ask them to call me or send letter to verify if they want...

At the minimum I'd like to get my deposit back. If you prefer continue to block my account, that’s okay for me. I can understand your choice. Your website, your choice... But we don’t break any rules…

I then suggest that next time your "neighbour" is playing don't give her your wifi code at the same time .. you guys also on the same IP. There a lot more information / patterns showing that the same player is using both account.

So no, I confirm again that none of those accounts will be reopen. Money is blocked and none of you would be able to play on out sites any more.

In France, the laws are protecting the player in many terms. For example abusive action like keep the last deposit when an account is closed...

Your gaming license don't define the laws applicable. Each country has there laws and they are above your terms. I accord you that many countries don't protect the gamer and a few of them have no reals gaming law like UK, Chypre, Malta, etc...

But in France, we have a dedicated regulation authorities depending of a ministry.
All gaming site accepting French citizen had to be referenced AND validated by this authorities. In order to be validated you have to accept some terms which protect the player...

Si vous pensez comprendre et connaitre vos joueurs, libres à vous.
Nous verrons s’il vous manque quelques éléments en temps et heures…

C'est dommage de ne pas prendre en compte certains critères qui changeraient complètement vote approche face à un joueur et le ressentis final qu'ils auraient.
