Casino Cruise blocked my account without any explanation

Hello askgambler, please help me. 16.11.2015 i am join casino cruise and i win 200 euro.I send documents and successfully withdrew 100 euros.I made a second request for withdrawal and later my acount blocked.

Hello Cruise. An Account blocked by management. I do not break the rules. I accept your decision , but give me back my money.I have 100 euros left in the account, return them to me.

We have been provided with undisputed evidence on behalf management of Casino Cruise which clearly shows that actions applied in this case by the casino are in compliance with their Terms and Conditions and rule #11 to be more precise.
Player's deposit was refunded to him which was also proved by the casino's management.

Based on all the above we consider this case as resolved and officially closed.

We would like to remind player that further assistance on this case could be requested by the official regulatory body for Casino Cruise.
