Casino Cosmik delay payment!

I had sign up at the Conan Casino on Oct 5 2011. On the 6 of Oct 2011 I had deposit 835 euro for the second deposit offer and win 37937 euro. I had request to provide specific documents and verify by phone. After all document which had vefry I had no issue with payment with bank wire before and it seems going smooth. After I had received an e-mail from their casino saying that now they are transfer to Cosmik Casino so I had submit a payment in the Cosmik Casino.

On Aug 6 2012 I had request a payment of 2500 by bank wire until now I still have not receive my payment. I had contact the live support all they say I have to wait for my personal vip manger (Fabio) to deal with the issue and he is on vacation so the only reason I could do is wait. So I wait for 1 month already.

On Nov 1 I had contact live support again and also today Nov4 I try to contact him and find him on live chat I was not able to find him. All I had response form the live chat is come back tomorrow. I had been trying to e-mail his personal e-mail and so regarding my payment issue but still never had reply. Could you please help me out?

Right now I had a pending payment of 2500 by bank wire and my account balance still have 13000 Euro. Due to their policy of 2500 per month so I guess I still have a long way to go inorder to receive all winning.

Mr. Wong won his money in our Casino in 2011, when we were still Conan and was paid regularly every month after that (according to our limits).

In July 2012 Mr. Wong made another withdrawal request and for some reason that time it didn't go through because of a Bank Issue, probably related to the change in bank details. Unfortunately, we still don't know if on our part or because of some mistake in the withdrawal request made by Mr. Wong himself.

The money got stuck and came back to us after almost a month after the request.

Our agent, Fabio himself explained the issue to the player in August through email and apologized to him about it.

The player has been asked to make another request to be sure his details were the same we always used to process the withdrawal and another request has been made by Mr. Wong.

The request is actually pending in our outgoing transactions and we found out that it has been frozen due to player inactivity in the Casino.

In fact Mr. Wong didn't log in in our Casino since August 2012 and the system automatically blocked his account due to inactivity.

2 days ago he came back and informed us about the issue. We would like to assure Mr. Wong that he is going to receive his money without any further delays.

want to complain my story of Cosmik Casino. I had a big winning of 37937 at Conan casino in the 2011 Oct. And then they had change to Cosmik Casino so they transfer all my winning to Cosmik Casino and I did complain at askgambler about their payment delay .After complain they did reply me and pay me few time and now everything turn back just like before. Email no replay, live chat people aren’t able to help since they say I need to wait for the manager Jeff to contact me which he is dealing with my account. I had email Jeff personal email all I receive is like excuse and excuse that he is help me to follow up and just wait, but I am feeling like a fool as I don’t think it need more than 8 month to follow up the issue ?As this is not my first time withdrawal and every document is approve and he seem took like a really long time. I had told by Jeff that if I continue to play more the payment will be more smooth so I did listen to him I had played but nothing much change so I am thinking they just want to keep delay my payment . I am not sure should I be happy or not if I need to receive my payment and it will took me like four year to update and follow up with them. Right now I still have 4626 in my account and one 1000 withdrawal still pending from Oct 2013 when I submit.(as they told me I am only allow 1000 withdrawal per week but I guess there is no different at all as they aren’t process my winning!
Here is some of the email from the manger and I had also include the date (my last request of 1000 in 2013 Oct up to now still haven’t receive my payment and all I receive is the only response say it is process but something happen he need to check it up.

To be clear my account manager did contact me but honestly it didn't really help much. As i could provide all the email here below of the reply of the account manager response me when ever i message him about my payment his response just the same that he is either waiting for the accounts message or he will follow up.
All i could say delay no more ! It is funny that i did receive an email form them on March 26 a statementing saying my payment is process but it bee like a month its still no update at all. Don't really know how long it take them to follow up this small amount of cash out i only request a payment of 1500eur especially this is not my first time cashing out at their casino. Each time when there is withdraw with them it take so much time following up with them.

I hope so too since same response from you for a month is saying you had contact financial department to taken care of my issue but this issue had wait like more than a month to be sort of. Totally don't get how your financial department people work. All i get is this response could you give me a better update than this?Really don't know how your casino doing to keep player if your financial department work that slow
