Casino.com - Withdrawal Issues

I have been playing on casino.com for two weeks now won about 300 Euros which is not great but Oh well, asked for a withdrawal. 3-4 days go by nothing happens and then the frustation begun.

i contact HELP they say send in a valid ID and address proof , I send in my details My govt PPS card and Passport , they REFUSE IT! Then again I sent better quality scans of everything they say the GOVT PPS card is NOT VALID . This information is relayed after I do not hear from them for days and have to again go online to the HELP. Now I send in my BANK Registeration details and they again refuse on grounds they would like to see my transactions!! What kind of verification system is this? It looks to me like a gimmick or the responsible team wants to harass customers!
