Sent all the needed documents to withdraw. Then they asked a notarized copy of my ID. I talked to a local notary and find out that it's forbidden to notarize ID's in my country. Explained the situation to the casino. They promised to resolve the situation within 72 hours. More than 5 days passed but still no answer from them.

As mentioned before to the security department, it's not possible to notarize passport copies in my country so i sent a notarized drivers license to them. They replied that it has been accepted and and any restrictions have been lifted.
