- Closed my account and void my winnings with no reason at all!

Hello Askgamblers ,
The reason for writing this complaint is this
On March 17 2016 i registered and deposit 0.65 btc and played on the casino with their welcome bonus of 100%
so i started playing with my 1.3 btc and lost... After that i decided to make another deposit of 1.18 BTC and i got a bonus of 50%
that was 0.59 and i started playing with 1.77 BTC finally after completing their wagering requirements
that was attached with the bonus i end up winning 18 BTC.
Then i decided to withdraw 10 BTC and they requested for some documentation.
I send them all they asked for the verification and after some days on march 21 2016 they send me that reply
Dear ,

You are hereby notified of account closure due to a breach of our terms and conditions.

Funds have been voided and support will not enter into any further discussions on this matter.

Security Department

I send them emails and i try to talk to their live chat and i got no answer at all...
And i am ending saying that i have read their terms and conditions and i cannot understand what is the problem
and i think that the only problem is that i just got lucky and won!!

Hello , i can't say that there was a solution more than that we agree to disagree. I got my deposit back. At least that is something. Thanks for your help.
