Casino Classic - Account Suspended for no apparent reason.

After recieving an e-mail claiming they Casino Rewards couldn't process my payment on my Visa I switched the withdrawal method to a bank draft. A few days past and I went to check the status of my withdrawal only to find my account suspended. I talked with their live chat and was told I had been contacted by their Risk Management Dept. and I had absolutely no contact with them, I searched my junk mail, and throughout my inbox and surely it isn't there. I had only won 305$ and some cents playing Casino War which seems to be nearly impossible to cheat in. Why is my account suspended, and why are you stealing my deposit money?

Hi player

Less than 2 hours after you emailed the risk management department, you received the following email with point 1 in bold:

Hello #player#,

We would like to inform you that your cashin and account has been blocked due to a breach of the Bonus Account Terms and Conditions  of the casino.

For more information please look under Bonus Account Terms and Conditions include  >> Point 13

"The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

1.       Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met; A single bet in Roulette counts as the total of all chips placed on the table when the wheel is spun.

2.       Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;

3.       Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette

4.    Starting a game's feature after the bonus balance used to build up the credits towards the feature has reached 0."

Therefore, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your casino account will remain locked.

Kind regards,

Rhys

 We have received evidences from Casino Classic management, which clearly indicates that player breached on numerous occasions the aforementioned rule for "Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met"
